Paris is a magnificent and legendary city. It is beautiful at any time of the year, in any weather and at any time of the day. This timeless city is full of romance and beautiful places for a couple photoshoot in Paris.
If you are going to France for the first time and would like to have a small couple photoshoot in Paris with your beloved or family, then you will most likely choose the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. However, as a Paris photographer with eight years of experience, I recommend you choose something new. The Alexandre III bridge is a fantastic corner of Paris for taking photos. The bridge has beautiful columns and ornamental decoration, Eiffel Tower views and offers a perspective of the shining golden dome of the Hôtel des Invalides.
As I have already said, Paris is beautiful at any time of the day. But for a couple photoshoot in Paris it is best to choose the morning, one or two hours after sunrise. You will be able to enjoy the empty streets of Paris, and then go for breakfast with croissants in the nearby cafes on the Champs-Élysées.
About Elena, photographer in Paris
My name is Elena. I live in the west of France, on the Atlantic coast. My job is to make families happier and their love stronger, thanks to the art of photography. I photograph couples and weddings in the Loire Valley, Brittany and Paris thanks to the high-speed French TGV train. I love cycling and spend all my free time on trips. So, let’s get to know each other – click here to contact me.
After this little digression, here is a little history. The Pont Alexander III Bridge was built at the same time as the Eiffel Tower, for the Universal Exhibition 1900. It is a very popular location for wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, and couple photoshoots in Paris, as well as night photo shoots. In the evening, it is lit with lights and has an especially beautiful view of the shining tower!
If you are thinking about going to Paris or the Loire Valley, send me an email or SMS and I will tell you about the relaxed and natural photo sessions that I offer and how to organize one. For example, for this one hour photo session for Deborah and Lin, a lovely couple from Canada, we started photographing in the early morning at the museum of the Petit Palais, with its golden gates. Beautiful, isn’t it. I hope you like the photos!
